Alma: Historic town 16
miles from Breckenridge. Water, sewer, trash, cable and snow
plowing serviced by the town. Tree coverage ranges from open to
aspen and evergreen, roads are county maintained.
Beaver Ridge: Minutes
north of Fairplay, 2-5 acre lots on ridge line running north
south with sloping terrain east west, no HOA, tree cover aspen
and evergreen, divide views, county maintained roads.
Black Mountain & Westin Pines:
Southwest of Fairplay, beautiful treed terrain,
35+acre lots, CR 5 & 22 are county maintained, remainder of

The Buffalo: 85 miles to
Denver,14 miles off Highway 285 on the western edge of Pike
